Leafe, là nguồn năng lượng của sự sống mà tất cả mọi sinh linh đều có. Đến một ngày nọ, công chúa tai họa Fenrir muốn tìm cách lấy đi Leafe của muôn loài nên đã giáng tuyết đỏ xuống nhân gian. Để ngăn chặn điều đó, 7 chàng Leafe Knight đã lên đường đi tìm Pretear, người có khả năng kết hợp Leafe với các Knight, và là người sẽ biến tuyết đỏ thành tuyết trắng, ngăn chặn công chúa tai họa.
Được tổ chức vào mùa hè hàng năm, chương trình quốc gia "Selection Project" là cánh cổng lớn nhất cho các cô gái phấn đấu trở thành thần tượng, và là nơi sinh ra thần tượng huyền thoại Akari Amazawa.
